Time Saturday, March 12 at 1:00pm - March 13 at 1:00am Location Alliance of Poles 6966 Broadway Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105 Cleveland, OH West Coast Swing! Hustle! Lindy! Balboa! Have you always wanted to learn any or all of these dances? Want to fine tune your favorite dance? What happens when you combine the top dancers in each of these styles? Wanna find out? :) ...Please come and join us for several hours of lessons during the day and then a big blow out dance where EVERYONE IS INVITED at night. 1pm-6pm Lessons with the area's top instructors. These lessons will be fun and you will be amazed at how quickly you will pick up each dance form. Why is this you might say? Well, dancers from each and all styles will be in the lessons with you because they want to improve their skills, learn some new techniques and gather some new moves. Having seasoned dancers in each class will help everyone (including beginners) learn the feeling and techniques of each dance form much easier and with greater speed. Sounds incredible right?! :) There will be something for everyone taught during these lessons so come on out and let's mix and mingle and enjoy each others' dances and company. :) 1-1:55 Lindy Hop with Valerie Salstrom and Matt Mitchell 2-2:55 West Coast Swing with Doug Rousar and Lori Wahl 3-3:55 Balboa with Valerie Salstrom and Matt Mitchell 4-4:55 Hustle with Fred Price and Tina Price 5-6 Westie/Lindy Crossover with Doug, Lori, Matt and Valerie 8pm-1am DJed dance with 4 of your favorite DJs that will include a variety of music appropriate for West Coast Swing, Hustle, Lindy and Balboa. This event is only $35 per person for everything! If you are a student with a valid ID the event is only $25! If you would like to attend only the evening dance. Only $10! How do I pay? Cash or check please! Checks should be made out to the Cleveland Akron Swing and Hustle Club. Payment along with your name, phone number and email can be mailed to Jen Reed at 2189 Wascana Ave, Lakewood, Ohio 44107. Registration and payment may also be given to either Alex Kosiorek, Jen Reed, Valerie Salstrom or to Sara-Jane Salstrom at any Get Hep Swing dance. The Alliance of Poles is located in Slavic Village. There is a small parking lot just to the right of the building. (holds 45 places) There is also parking on the street. Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be sold during the lessons and during the evening dance. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages of any kind.
